I only charge for Labor!!

 My labor cost is $50.00 a Hour 

 with a three-hour minimum. 

 This is for all Woodworking Jobs.

Here's an example to see what the cost of a Bookshelf would be:

 

The Bookshelf size will be  3' x 6' x 12"  with 5 shelf space 10" apart. 

(similar to the picture)

Wood needed:  2 Plywood Sheets of 4' x 8'  = $96  ($48 each)

Screws:  1 Box of 2-1/2"  = $14

Primer:  1 Quart size can  = $16

Paint: 1 Quart size can  = $22

Glue, Sandpaper, paint brushes and other stuff are included with labor. (Shop Fee)

All material cost: $148

+8.25% Sale Tax: $160.21 is your upfront cost just to get started.

Labor Cost to build: $250.00

Grand Total: $410.21*

 

*Prices used are base on a guesstimate. Actual prices are determined on your needs, location and cost of material at current time.*

 

Don't forget, the price can be much higher depending on what type of wood you use,

special paints, handles and fasteners. Size does matter. The bigger in size the more

material needed.  Complex measurements and cuts will add to the labor cost.  The

longer it take to build, the higher the cost.
